One shared AI that knows your business, for the whole company
Most teams already use AI the fragmented way: five people, five private chat tabs, five versions of the company explained from scratch. Each person gets a little faster. The company learns nothing, because everything taught in a private tab stays there. The alternative is structural, not a better prompt: put one AI in the room where the team already talks, and let it remember for everyone.

Talk to GlitchThe private tab problem
When AI lives in personal accounts, every conversation starts with context the company already paid someone to explain once before. Your ops lead teaches it the returns policy on Monday. Your new hire re-teaches it, worse, on Thursday. Nothing accumulates, and when someone leaves, their entire history of taught context walks out with them.
The costs stay invisible because each individual session feels productive. What's missing only shows up at the company level: no shared memory, no consistency between answers, and no way to see what anyone asked or was told.
What changes when the AI is in the room
In a shared workspace, the AI answers in channels the team can see. When your marketer asks for a campaign summary, the answer lands where the founder and the ops lead can read it, correct it, and build on it. Correction is the important part: a wrong answer in a private tab misleads one person quietly, while a wrong answer in the room gets fixed in front of everyone, once.
Decisions made in chat become context it carries forward. The returns policy gets taught one time, and every later answer, for every teammate, starts from it.
What knowing your business means concretely
Knowing the business isn't mystical. It's reading the actual sources: connect your store and it reads real products and orders, connect Stripe and it reads real revenue, connect Search Console and it sees how customers actually find you. Each connection is a paste box with the steps written above it, checked the moment you save it.
On top of the sources, it keeps a radar of things worth attention and sends a daily digest of what moved and what it did. The result is an AI whose answers cite your numbers, not the average of the internet's.
The trust boundaries that make sharing safe
One AI for the company only works if the boundaries hold. Your workspace's data is isolated to your company and your connection keys are stored encrypted. What your team teaches Glitch stays yours.
Boundaries inside the workspace hold too. When you bring a client or vendor into a guest room, Glitch answers there without any company data at all, no memory, no connected sources, so an outside person in one room can't fish for what lives in the others.
Getting there without a rollout project
This doesn't need an AI strategy deck. The chat works on the home page before you even sign up, and signing up is free. Invite the team, connect one source, and let the first morning digest make the argument for the second source.
Pricing is flat for the whole team, which matters here more than it sounds: per-seat pricing quietly caps how much of the company the AI helps, because every extra person becomes a billing decision. Flat pricing means the shared brain actually gets shared.
Common questions
Does everyone see everything the AI is asked?
Answers land in the channel where they're asked, visible to that channel's members, like any teammate speaking in the room. Guest rooms are the exception in the other direction: outside people see only their room.
Is our data used to help other companies?
No. Your workspace's content is isolated to your company and your connection keys are stored encrypted. What you teach Glitch about your business stays in your business.
Can we use our own AI account with it?
Yes. Connect your own key from a provider like Anthropic or OpenAI and everything runs through your account, with no message limit on any plan. Otherwise every paid plan includes a monthly amount of Glitch's work on ours.
How is this different from buying everyone a ChatGPT seat?
Seats make individuals faster in private. A shared AI compounds: it's in the team's channels, it carries context from decisions and connected sources, and what one person teaches it benefits the next person who asks. It's also one flat price instead of a price times headcount.
