An AI teammate is an assistant that works inside the team's shared space with standing context, real tools, and output the whole team sees.

A guest channel is a restricted chat room where invited outsiders, like clients or vendors, work with a team while seeing only that one room.
BYO LLM key
BYO LLM key means running AI features on an API key the team brings from its own provider account, with a usage bill the team can see directly.
Shared AI memory
Shared AI memory is the org-wide context an AI teammate keeps: a company snapshot, corrections that stick for everyone, and briefs on channels and people.
Pill
A pill is Glitch Team Zone's word for a runnable tool: a prompt and a behavior a department owns, run from chat or on a schedule, with cost tracked.
Conductor
A conductor is the coordination layer that watches every AI agent an org runs and surfaces conflicts, redundancy, and gaps as findings for a human.
Business rule (AI)
A business rule is a plain-language guardrail an admin writes, like flag spend over $100 a day. The conductor checks it daily and files a finding.

A daily digest is the scheduled email that sums up what an AI system did in the last day: what ran, what it cost, what failed, and what to do next.
AI search bar
An AI search bar is a search field that streams a direct answer built from a company's own data, instead of a list of links to click through.
Answer engine
An answer engine is an AI system, like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or an AI overview, that answers a question directly instead of listing pages to search.
