Not the ones that matter. Anything that touches money or goes out the door waits in an approvals tray for an owner or admin to sign off, and it shows its plan before it starts. Reading, drafting, and low-stakes work run without waiting. Everything it finishes lands on a receipts board with the proof attached, so checking takes a minute.
How do I know who did what, and when?
The audit log records the consequential actions across your company, by whom and when. It's a real record rather than a summary, so a change can be traced back to the person or the prompt behind it, including changes the AI made.

How do I run the team itself?
Invite teammates by email and set their role: owners and admins can approve and connect accounts, viewers can read and ask but can't change credentials. Outside people go into guest rooms, where they see only that room and the AI answers without company data. Guests are free, so access decisions are about trust, never about the bill.
What leaves the company, and can I turn it off?
One stream goes back to us, on by default: the shape of how work went, never its content. Which prompt version produced a success, a failure, or a human stepping in, and cost in coarse buckets. Names, numbers, and text can't be in it; the database refuses anything outside the permitted list. An admin page lists every event sent, with a single switch to stop it. And your data can be exported whenever you want, so nothing is locked in.

Can I get our data out?
Yes. Data export is built in and an admin can run it whenever they want. Leaving should never require asking, and here it doesn't.
Who can approve things?
Owners and admins. The approvals tray is where anything that matters waits for their sign off, and the audit log holds the history behind every decision.
What stops the AI's own spending from surprising us?
A monthly cap you set. Each plan includes an amount of Glitch's work; extra costs exactly what it costs us, and Glitch stops before crossing the cap. A cost meter shows spend by department so the bill is never one mysterious number.
