If your site lives in a GitHub repository, connect it and Glitch reads the code and opens improvements for search and AI answers as pull requests. You review and merge like any other change. It never pushes directly to your live branch, and if your site isn't in a repo, skip this and nothing else is affected.
What about our domains and hosting?
Connect Vercel and Glitch keeps an inventory of the domains and projects you already own, and can register new ones, but only with your approval. The point is that nobody has to remember where the domain lives when it matters.

What is the AI actually costing us?
A cost meter shows spend by department, next to the work that produced it, so the AI bill stops being one mysterious number. Each plan includes a monthly amount of Glitch's work; anything beyond that costs exactly what it costs us, under a cap you set. Connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key instead and everything runs on your account with no limit.
Is our stuff safe in it?
Each company's data is isolated at the database level, not by application code remembering to filter. Connection keys are encrypted at rest with a key derived separately for your company and never appear in logs or error messages. Guests get rooms where the AI has no company data. We don't hold SOC 2 or similar certification yet, and we'd rather say that here than in a security questionnaire.
Common questions
We don't have a developer. Does that matter?
No. Every connection is a paste box with numbered steps written above it, checked the moment you save. The GitHub part only applies if your site lives in a repository; everything else works without one.
Which tools can it connect to?
Eighteen today: Stripe, Mercury, Vercel, Shopify, Printful, Klaviyo, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Google ads, Semrush, DataForSEO, HubSpot, Slack, Resend, Gmail, GitHub, Acquire.com, and your own Anthropic key, plus Google Search Console for the whole company. Each one uses your own credentials, stored encrypted.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
No. We don't hold SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO certification today. If your buying process requires one, we're not the right fit yet.
