Guest channel

A guest channel is a chat room a team opens to someone outside the company, like a client or a vendor, and scopes to that one conversation. The guest sees only that channel, nothing else in the company's workspace, and any AI answering inside the room does so without drawing on the company's wider data. It's a way to work with outside people in the same space a team already uses, without handing them a seat inside the company itself.

The usual alternatives are both bad. Leave the client out of the internal chat and updates arrive secondhand, late and filtered. Add them to the real workspace and they can see far more than the one project they're part of: other clients, other conversations, numbers that aren't theirs to see. A guest channel is the narrower path: full access to one room, no access to anything past its walls.

In Glitch Team Zone, a guest channel has no direct messages and no directory past the people already in the room, so a guest can't browse the org or message someone who isn't already there with them. Glitch, the AI teammate, still answers inside the room, but without the company snapshot and shared memory it draws on everywhere else, so nothing about the rest of the business surfaces in the conversation by accident. Guest seats carry no charge, since pricing has no per-seat fee.
