AI teammate

An AI teammate is an AI assistant that works inside a team's shared space rather than in a private tab. It keeps standing context about the company, answers where everyone can see and correct it, and does real work with tools: running reports, scheduling checks, tracking tasks, and building small internal apps.

The word teammate is doing real work in the definition. A chatbot answers the person who asked. A teammate's answer lands in the group chat, teaches the whole room, and gets corrected in public, which makes the shared memory better for everyone.

In Glitch Team Zone, the AI teammate is called Glitch. Every member of an org talks to the same Glitch, it carries the company's live snapshot and shared memory, and it acts through the org's own tools with human approval on writes that matter.
