Shared AI memory

Shared AI memory is the standing context an AI assistant keeps about an organization as a whole, rather than about one person's private conversation. It holds a snapshot of the company, absorbs corrections so a fact taught once stays taught for everyone, and carries that context into every answer it gives, to anyone on the team, from that point on.

Most AI assistants forget between sessions or, worse, remember only for the person who happened to correct them. That means the same mistake gets corrected over and over, once per person, forever. Shared memory fixes the wrong version once, for the org, not once per conversation.

In Glitch Team Zone, Glitch, the AI teammate, keeps this memory as a live company snapshot plus a running set of corrections. It also keeps lighter briefs on channels and on people, so an answer about a project or a person starts from real context instead of a blank page. Guest channels are the one place this memory is deliberately switched off: a guest talks to the same AI, but without the company's shared memory behind it.
